The Waterfront,
Port Louis
The dockside building in the foreground has been replaced by
a modern shopping centre for tourists but the old warehouse to
the rear is still the same.

Champ de Mars Racecourse,
Port Louis
The main stand at the racecourse has been extended on the left
side but retains its original style.

Royal Road,
Port Louis
This location proved impossible to find with much of the old
part of Port Louis looking like this despite most of the buildings
in the area having been re-built over the last 59 years.

The Majestic Cinema,
Port Louis
The Majestic has changed its name slightly but remains the
same in appearance. The manager was delighted to see my father's
old photograph of the cinema!
