To set up your Springwood Web Solutions mailbox in Microsoft Outlook you need to open Outlook and:

• Go to File and in Info click + Add Account
• Add your email address and click Connect
• Enter your Password

Your configuration settings should automatically be retrieved and your email account set up in Outlook.

Manual Set Up

If your settings are not retrieved successfully you can enter them manually using the following details:

• On the first setup screen (go to File and in Info click + Add Account)
• Go to Advanced Options and select Let me set up my account manually
• Select the type of email account which is IMAP
• Enter your Password and click Connect

If your account details are still not found you should enter the following:

Incoming Mail
Server: imap.yourdomain.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Require log-on using Secure password using secure password authentication (SPA)

Outgoing Mail
Server: smtp.yourdomain.com
Port: 465
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Require log-on using Secure password using secure password authentication (SPA)

You will see a message Account successfully added. Just click Done.

Your email account is now set up in Outlook.
